Well written sir! I haven't experienced transformational innovation per se, but have a keen interest in knowing about it as and when I get a chance. It has transformed into something which can't be claimed 'innovation' nowadays, though not always. 'Resemblance' is what it is oftentimes, be it for the success of Apple, Flipkart, and many other giants.
