Tobi's comment "Be where your competitors aren't" - is what i call back to basics. which also applies to your product. I find it amazing ( and not in a good way ) as to how few business leaders realise this. On a product level as well as on a communciation level.
Ritu - that is so true. Being where the competitors aren’t was powerful. I loved his view that when two people differ, choosing the middle path is an awful option. He says find the fourth option. Overall very refreshing take on running a business.
