Papa CJ's comment on R.O.T.I i.e. Return On Time Invested is most interesting and it's true that we must pause and have fun with some of the money we make during our careers....leading a balanced life would be more fulfilling
Great format, interesting & relevant content. Keep up the good work through 2021. Thank you on my own behalf and on behalf of others in the community who are yet to take time out to thank you......😁😁😁😁
I didn't make any resolutions for 2020. And my 2020 didn't turn out to be anything like I thought it would. People who had vociferously claimed to be "supporting" me at work didn't lose time backstabbing me. People I had never met in person extended helping hands beyond my wildest imagination. It was one of the worst of years, but in some unexpected ways, also one of the best. I haven't made any resolutions for 2021 either. I have made some wishes though. I will remove clutter from my life and clear away what I don't need any more. I have outlined some travel plans; hopefully I will get through at least some of them.
My resolution for this year was Realization (self-conscious) about my achievements in the past as how big it has impacted my life (personally and professionally ) , what big can be done by improving better .
Great Article Sir. I use your sketch notes almost all the time to keep myself motivated. I would like to offer myself as volunteer for conversions of article to mp3 formats. Please let me know how I can be part of it. Regards.
Wishing you a happy, exciting and healthy 2021 Abhijit! Thankyou for collating ideas in a novel way. Appreciate the steps taken to help visually challenged readers. Touched by the, 'The Fifth Number', short and beautiful! Keep writing and sketching!!
Yes Katleen. Just pick and article that has not been recorded already. You will see the audio track prominently on the site. Just mail me the MP3 of the recording

Finding that balance is complex because our own needs change over time based on the life stage we are going through
