Absolutely agree, "Tech is no longer a sector, but a competency". Every company today is a Digital Company.... Talk to me of a company/leader who is afraid to embrace technology, and I can say with surety that there is a disaster that is waiting to happen. The corollary is that all jobs are tech jobs - unless you have extremely high levels of EQ. A combination is ideal but hard to find.
